Medicare EPC/CDM Referrals

Bulk billed where eligible

We accept valid GP referrals under Medicare EPC/CDM care plans.

Please note:

  • A valid GP referral is required
  • Eligible EPC/CDM consultations are bulk billed
  • Medicare does not cover orthotics, AFO bracing, injection therapy, minor surgery or surgical procedures
  • Any additional costs will be explained before treatment proceeds

Private Health Insurance

Rebates may apply for:

  • Consultations
  • Custom orthotics
  • Selected procedures

HICAPS claiming is available where supported.

Pricing Plan Package

Initial Consultation

$85–$150

Comprehensive assessment for new patients, including diagnosis, treatment planning, sports podiatry, paediatric podiatry, foot pain evaluation, skin and nail concerns, biomechanics, and personalised care recommendations. Fees vary depending on the complexity and duration of the appointment.

Subsequent Consultation

$65–$85

For follow-up appointments, ongoing foot care, sports podiatry, paediatric podiatry, nail and skin treatments, orthotic reviews, injury management, and treatment progress assessments. Fees vary depending on the appointment type, complexity, and consultation time required.

Custom Orthotics

Custom orthotics are prescription devices designed to improve foot function and reduce pain.

They are used for a range of lower limb and mechanical conditions.

Custom orthotics: quoted after assessment

  • Materials and design

AFO Bracing

Quoted after assessment

AFOs and other bracing options may be recommended where additional foot, ankle or lower-limb support is required.

Pricing depends on the type of brace, clinical needs, materials and fitting requirements.

We provide selected in-clinic procedures where clinically appropriate.

Procedures & Treatments

Minor Nail Surgery

Permanent correction of ingrown toenails under local anaesthetic.

Injection Therapy (Prolotherapy)

For chronic tendon and ligament pain not responding to conservative care.

Surgical Assessment

For conditions that may require:

  • Surgical planning
  • Imaging or specialist referral
  • Ongoing conservative or post-surgical care

Procedure fees are confirmed prior to treatment.

NDIS (Registered Provider)

We support self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed NDIS participants where podiatry, orthotics or bracing are related to their disability needs and goals.

We can provide:

  • Clinical assessments
  • Itemised quotes
  • Supporting reports
  • Orthotic and bracing documentation
  • Ongoing review and adjustment where required
